Mobile Solar Powered Security Surveillance Tower for Worksite
The UST-2500 Street Solar Security Surveillance Tower is a heavy-duty, high-capacity mobile solar platform designed for security surveillance, street and public-area monitoring, construction sites, mining operations, industrial facilities and other remote locations requiring independent power, elevated equipment mounting and powerful area illumination.
The UST-2400 is built around a substantial 3,840 W solar array consisting of 8 × 460 W solar panels, paired with a 38,400 Wh battery energy storage system operating on a 48 V DC architecture. An 80A MPPT solar charge controller manages solar energy harvesting and battery charging. The large solar and battery system is designed to support demanding off-grid security and lighting applications where continuous access to mains electricity may not be available.
For area illumination, the tower is equipped with 4 × 400 W LED floodlights, delivering a combined rated light output of 240,000 lumens. The lighting assembly provides 350° electric horizontal rotation and 90° electric tilt, allowing operators to direct illumination across roads, worksites, entrances, perimeters and surveillance zones without physically repositioning the trailer.
A heavy-duty 9 m, 9-section telescopic mast uses hydraulic lifting for controlled deployment. The elevated mast provides a suitable platform for the integrated lighting system and compatible security or surveillance equipment, giving operators improved coverage across large areas.
The mobile platform uses a double-axle trailer chassis with 15-inch tyres, electric braking, four stabilising outriggers and two forklift handling points. US, Australian and European trailer configurations are supported, together with a 2-inch ball or 3-inch ring hitch. With a specified operating temperature range of -20°C to 50°C, the UST-2400 is designed as a robust mobile platform for demanding outdoor environments.
